We offer free next day delivery across most of mainland UK when you order through our app or £4 charge when ordering through the website.
All our deliveries are safely packaged in specially designed flower containers before being transported carefully to their destination. Our delivery partners for nationwide flower delivery have many years of experience of delivering flowers throughout the UK and all drivers are trained to ensure that they handle the flowers with care and keep the deliveries upright. If there is a problem with how your order has been delivered, please let us know so we can rectify any issues affecting your flowers.
Our delivery partners aim to deliver orders between 8am and 6pm within the mainland UK. During busy periods, such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, this may extend to between 7am and 9pm.
While we endeavour to have your order delivered in the time frame specified in your delivery information, sometimes this may not be possible. Please see our Terms & Conditions for more information about delivery terms.
Our cut off times for placing next day delivery orders to the Mainland UK is 9pm every day.
There are some locations for which we cannot guarantee next day delivery. These include some Scottish postcodes, the Isle of Man and the Isle of Wight, and Cornwall where an additional day is required for delivery. Our next day delivery for weekdays and weekends is free when ordering through our app or £4 when ordering through the website. We do not do deliveries on Public Holidays.

You can leave special delivery instructions directly with our external courier service after finalising your order. For more information, please see the confirmation email which will be sent to you after you place an order.
Our delivery drivers receive all special delivery instructions in real time and as soon the 'special request' is submitted. You can change this request as many times and as frequent as you like as we know plans can change. The only exception to this is if your parcel is about to be delivered, in which case it will be too late.

There are some locations where we are unable to guarantee next day delivery of ethical bouquets, subscriptions and letterbox flowers due to their location. These locations have an expected delivery timescale of 1 additional day
