Each week, fortnight or month, you (or your loved one) will receive a box full of the freshest seasonal flowers, hand-chosen by one of our in-house florists.
Whether sending love to a family member, or friend from whom you're separated physically or even having a beautiful, fresh bouquet delivered to your own home each week, the joy of flowers is bound to bring positive emotion.
We know certain days may be more convenient for you to receive your delivery. This is why we offer to deliver your flowers on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays or Saturdays. Choose your preferred day and leave the rest to us.
Skip, pause, bring orders forward, change your box preference and amend payment details at any time within your online account. Where possible our couriers make 'no contact' deliveries for safety and hygiene.
Order throughout the week and before 7:00pm on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Friday’s to receive your subscription box the very next day.
Note: Not available to addresses in Northern Ireland.
Our billing process is simple. Billing for your first order will take place upon subscription and each Monday prior to receiving your delivery thereafter.
We’ve made it easy for you to enjoy our beautiful blooms. Each time you receive a delivery, your flowers will arrive in tip-top condition, ensuring they last as long as possible. Simply unwrap them, follow the instructions printed inside the box and enjoy.
At Arena we're known for our ethics. We use seasonal flowers, British-grown wherever possible, and work directly with farms outside of this. We have a long relationship with Fairtrade, have removed single-use plastics, our staff are all paid at least the Real Living Wage, and we've been ranked #1 most ethical flower company in the UK 6 years running.
I’ve seen a delivery I’d like to receive but my plan doesn’t fall on this delivery?
We never want anyone to miss out of beautiful flowers. Our Customer Experience team can bring this delivery forward for you, call them on 0800 0350 581 with your order number and we’ll take care of this for you.
I already have a subscription; how do I change my delivery date?
We understand certain days a better for you to receive your delivery. Contact our Customer Experience team (0800 0350 581) with your order number to let us know the day you would like to change this to. It may take a week or so to update this preference, but we’ll do our very best to accommodate this.
How do I refer a friend?
You will find an 'Arena Rewards' icon at the bottom left-hand corner of our website (on mobile, it looks like a gift icon). Sign into your account and scroll to the bottom of the 'Rewards' area where you'll find a code. Thanks for sharing!
How do I see the upcoming deliveries?
Sign up for our newsletter and see all upcoming deliveries in advance, plus we’ll plant a tree in areas experiencing deforestation. Keep an eye on our Instagram and Facebook stories too - we include all information here also.

How do I order a gift subscription for longer than 3 months?
Our gift subscriptions have been really popular and we’re hoping to extend the options for this very soon. We currently offer 3month gift subscriptions on a weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis. If you’d like to treat someone to a longer subscription you can do so by signing up to our standard subscription and cancelling after the preferred period of time.
How much is each subscription box?
Each delivery is £15 plus £5 delivery. You will be charged this amount upon subscribing, and then each Monday prior to receiving your delivery thereafter.
